1. Introduction

1.1 Your privacy and the security of your personal information are important to us. This Policy is prepared in accordance with the Ordinance and operates as our Personal Information Collection Statement, which we will provide or make available to you on or before we collect your personal information. When you become our customer, you agree that we will handle your personal information as described in this Policy. This Policy replaces any policy or statement of a similar nature that may have been provided to you previously.

The rights and obligations of each Company under this Policy are several and not joint. No Company shall be liable for any act or omission of another Company.

1.3 Which Company looks after and uses your information as a data user depends on which services you are using or with which you are interacting. Where necessary or appropriate, we will tell you when you are dealing with a different Company within PMG.

1.4 For the purposes of this Policy, "Group Company" means the Company and its holding companies, branches, subsidiaries, representative offices and affiliates, wherever situated, and any one of them. Affiliates include branches, subsidiaries, representative offices and affiliates of the Company's holding companies, wherever situated (collectively, the "Group").

1.5 If you provide us with personal information about other individuals, you confirm that you have their consent and have informed them where they can find a copy of this Policy.

1.6 If you are located outside Hong Kong, by submitting your application to us or by accessing or continuing to use any of our services, products or digital portals, you give explicit consent to your personal information being received, collected, stored, used, processed, disclosed, transmitted and transferred outside your place of residence or country in accordance with the protections described in this Policy.

2.2 Failure to supply personal information requested by the Company may result in the Company being unable to process your application, request for information or services, enquiries and/or provide services or products to you or the Member.

2.3 The personal information we collect and/or hold from time to time may include:
