Vaccination
- Trivalent influenza vaccine (seasonal)
- Shingrix (recombinant zoster vaccine) — shingles prevention
- Gardasil (HPV vaccine) — prevention of HPV-related cancers and genital warts
- Pneumococcal, hepatitis, travel vaccines and others
Vaccination is subject to clinical assessment. Some vaccines require multiple doses.
Colorectal Cancer Screening
We support the Government Colorectal Cancer Screening Programme. Eligible persons aged 50 to 75 with no symptoms may be offered a Faecal Immunochemical Test (FIT), with colonoscopy referral if the FIT is positive.
If you have symptoms such as blood in stool or a change in bowel habit, please see a doctor for assessment rather than screening.
Telemedicine
Video consultations with our doctors for suitable conditions. Telemedicine is not for emergencies. A compatible device, camera, microphone and stable internet connection are required.
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy assessment and treatment, including low back pain physiotherapy with an auto traction bed where clinically appropriate. Not suitable for everyone; the physiotherapist will assess before treatment.
Specialist Referral
The clinician will decide when to refer and to which specialty, based on the clinical assessment and the patient's individual circumstances. Non-specific symptoms or conditions spanning multiple specialties may require specialist input. We aim for early detection, early investigation, early treatment and early referral.
Health Equipment and Health Products
We may sell or supply health equipment and health products, such as wearables, pulse oximeters, pill cutters, CGM devices, finger ECG devices, sleep apnea monitoring devices and similar items. Manufacturer warranties and return policies apply.
Medical Cards
We have joined several medical card panels. Please present your card on arrival, before consultation. Not all cards are accepted, and coverage may differ even for the same card. If you present your card after consultation, you may be charged our standard private rates.
